Built in 1956, Starchy’s quickly gained popularity in the town becoming a frequent hot spot for people of all ages. After only 15 years, Starchy’s suddenly closed for disclosed reasons. Then out of the blue reopened early of 2024 keeping the current state when it was opened sixty eight years ago to preserve the vintage feeling to the cozy diner.
